Haslinger Schafmilch today. 20 seconds to load the oscar11/TGN High Mountain White brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Vintage Gillette “Spoiler” SS still in the Black Beauty. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Country Club Classic Fougere aftershave.

Probak and Cooper Monobilt for beard and head shave respectively. I had planned on using the Probak/Wilkinson all the way but the Wilkinson felt tired. Popped the blade in the Monobilt just to compare but it was done. Fresh Bic in the Monobilt felt great. I'll be sorry when the Coates runs out.

Brush: The 'Americana' (Shavemac 24/48 D01 2 Band)
Soap: Oleo Soapworks 'Rougére'
Post: Cold water rinse / Witch Hazel / Barrister & Mann: Latha Taiga Post-Shave Splash
The 'Americana' brought out the best of 'Rougére' to produce an extremely enjoyable shave.. finished off with Xerjoff Alexandria.... because I'm worth it..

Used witch hazel to keep the face tight and antiseptic. Which is the normal for me. That, or alum. But what made it great for a spring day was the Ceylon Tease AS. Mentholated goodness from PAA.
Just divine and invigorating.
