Another rough shave with this two-bladed Sensor cartridge. It's gone, off into the trash. I gave it a second chance after yesterday's unpleasant shave but there won't be a third one. I don't know if this particular cartridge was a lemon or if the fact that I usually remove the rubber fins underneath the blades has to do with it, as the blade gap is noticeably increased after doing this. It's weird because I always do it with my multiblades (I had done it before with the 2 blade Sensors) and never experienced this abnormally increased aggressiveness. Anyway, I put a 3 blade Sensor in place of it and won't be taking the multiblades back in a few days. I enjoy my DEs better.

The Alvarez Gómez is such a great cream. On par with the best veggie based stuff out there, but I'm clearly gravitating towards tallow based soaps and I'll have to think twice whether to replace it or not when I run out of it, and that's gonna happen soon.

Ah, that's better... there's a reason why Van Yulay soaps are 5* in my view...outstanding performance, and post shave feel.
