I had a nice shave this morning. I'm really liking this stainless version of the General. Both the Feather Pro and the Guard work really well in it, I'm having a hard time deciding which I like better. The Wholly Kaw performed nicely however I'm not too sure about the scent. While pleasant it is a little too flowery for me; this one is likely going into the sell pile. I do really like the performance of this soap and aftershave and it did leave my face feeling nourished and refreshed so it's just a matter of finding a scent that I like from them. Route 66 Bourbon Jungle today. 20 seconds to load the Elite Razor Manchurian White brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette Platinum-Plus still in the Gillette Slim. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Country Club Southern Oud aftershave.

A fine shave. The shaving cream and aftershave fragrance always reminds me of the tropics and Hemingway's later years in Cuba. Gillette's New LC head and the UFO handle are an excellent combination.
