Searching deeper, Smoking Monster is the producer.
Available in different shops. As Oumo, or Arno.

In the latter, there're the newer models.
With the Montami base.

The ingredient list seems pretty decent.

I suspect the "shaving monster" is the reference to the dragon often used as a symbol for China. The images on the labels seem to confirm this origin.

It is my understanding that men in China typically have less facial hair than men from other nationalities. The beard is typically centered around the mouth and chin (as in Fu Manchu). Thus, shaving using an electric shaver is more common in China than other types of shaving. However, there are certainly many straight razors, safety razors, and razor blades made in China. Most may be manufactured for export.
