Most of us have a plethora of soaps and creams to choose from. Most of us have a "go to" soap or cream. What I'm wondering is how many Whisker Whittlers out there have by choice landed on ONE soap/cream of ONE single scent and that is what you use every time you shave.

I’m sure they are out there but probably not in this group.

I think it'll surprise us how many guys use just one soap. I know I have taken soap ownership to the ludicrous stage and wondered what it would be like to have just the one. In fact I've been using just one soap each week for awhile now and find I learn a lot about how to get the best from a soap.

I'm definitely curious to see if anyone using just one soap responds to this.

I think it'd be hard to participate in a forum like this if I only wanted to use a single soap. Yet I also think most of us could probably learn something from someone who does...

Whenever I go to shave, I assume there’s someone else on the planet shaving, so I say “I’m gonna go shave, too.”

Indeed.
I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of deployed service members that wetshave are using a minimal amount of gear... but again that would also not make up a large percentage of forumites.

I have a friend who's been wetshaving for 15 years. He uses one soap at a time. He prefers unscented or 3/10 scent ratings Smile on a soap.

I am also one who prefers 3/10 or similar on a soap. Which is why I was (a little) disappointed when you amped up the scent strength in your products.

Anyway, back on topic, for the first 3/5 months of my stay on this forum I, too was a 1 soap and/or 1 cream guy. (AoS Sandalwood Cream followed by B&M Seville Soap). Then something happened, and I went to crazy.

Sorry to disappoint you Sad When I'm not testing soap or a scent I'm releasing I use a soap I made for myself that is scented around 3/10 with a muguet/fresh scent I made.

Uh, don't worry, you can't make everyone happy.

Besides, I am still buying your soaps (from you or BST) Smile, so something must be working.
