If there is one........do we have any confirmation that he is still working on a version 2?
Love, peace, and harmony....maybe in the next world.....

Last time I corresponded with Eric he was looking for a manufacture-marketing partner and he had a V2 design completed.  I'll shoot him a text and see if he will reply with an update.

Thank you Sledge . . . Me and my friend are very interested.  Keep us posted.  Hopefully the V2 shaves closer to the Prototype.

Heard back from Eric:

[
I have 4 optimized designs locked and loaded.

Non adjustable TTO
Non adjustable Toggle
Adjustable TTO
Adjustable Toggle

However I still haven't found a manufacturing partner that is both capable and willing to take on the project.  Usually is 1/2 the criteria present and I know that won't work based on the challenges I encountered.

The local shops have way to much "good" work to keep them busy - lots of med device companies are keeping the busy with less complex work and volumes in the the thousands to tens of thousands.   I still talk to at least one MN CNC shop a month. Yeah I have almost exhausted the CNC shops in MN.
]

I told him I would spread the word and with luck someone who wants to assist can help him get in touch with a manufacturing partner who is game to do the work.

The 4 designs for the Janus Toggle V2 must have taken many hours of work.  I hope he can find a good shop.  Glad to hear that he hasn't given up.

I also spoke with him today. I hope he gets an opportunity to make his items.
For me, he is the most unique artisan in wet shaving, as well as a very good person.
I also talked with my father in Turkey,
and he is going to check on a couple of his friends and business partners who own machine shops.
