The Shave brush cleaner is unique in that it not only removes cosmetic build up from the butters and oils in shave soaps but also strong fragrance oil build up that occurs on shave brushes, especially the animal hair brushes and also I’ve found you can get some with the synthetic brushes as well and you can easily tell if the brushes do not fan out evenly and sometimes look like some of the hairs are stuck together.
Also another feature is eliminating the stinky odor that sometimes is there when getting a new shaving brush. Again also fragrances that can build up on a brush. Especially the strong synthetics if they are used daily.
The Restore shave brush conditioner is a natural blend and it softens the hairs and adds moisture without heavy butters and oils.
