Oddly enough, I found it very easy to get my second, after acquiring my first. Its like a golfer breaking through winning their first major championship or something. This hobby is really weird like that. Once unobtainium hits the doorstep, more follows?

Congrats on that.

I'm ready for more of these to be honest, they are really that good.

I received this brush yesterday from Bob Quinn at Elite Razor.

The handle is poplar from an old train station in Acworth, GA. Over 175 years old, you can almost feel the history.

It is beautiful to see with a subtle grain and silky smooth finish.

Bob, included a signed certificate of authenticity as well as additional information on the wood itself as well as specifically the train station from which it was reclaimed.

I requested the premium 2-band 24mm manchurian and couldn't be more pleased the craftsmanship.

A Scotch & Stowe Precision razor, from which I'll just use the handle with my Feather AS-D2 heads.

Beautiful brush, Kevin. I'm sure you'll love it, as I love mine.

John, the images you posted prompted me to reach out to Bob and I was actually surprised that he still had raw materials- it struck me as that beautiful and even more so on receipt.

Happy to have been able to pick this up and thanks for the inspiration!

Kevin, that brush is a beauty. I love things made from other, historic old things.
