clear your browser's cache & cookies. your ISP might also be caching an old IP address, too.

I have done all that and it still is showing the https in red with line through it.and is saying connection is not secure. Once it gave me the option of going anyway and a page came up that only said "hey dude" or hey dud

your ISP is likely caching an old IP address then.  can you ping damnfineshave.com and tell me the IP it's returning?

as an aside, I'd highly recommend using a non-ISP dns, if possible. they're slow and cache records for a while.

I was getting that on Chrome yesterday afternoon, though I could access the site no problem on tapatalk. By the evening it had resolved and I've had no problem since then. That without clearing cache or cookies. I'm running Linux Mint.

yeah, I'm not exactly sure why it was showing that - the site wasn't hacked or being attacked or anything along those lines, I embarrassingly forgot to renew the domain name. so once the domain actually expired (10/30), it changed the A record so that the domain was pointing to a parked page on a different server rather than the typical page everyone sees.

it tried to do it just a sec ago when i went to reply here but i think it was because of needing to be refreshed.
