This is my thought as well

Am a year round outdoor aerobic athlete living in the deep South.

Change soaps throughout the year based on seasonality, particularly so postshave products. Although the quality of the skin enhancing properties has improved dramatically, making them less specialized on hydration versus cushion for example, find there still some better suited for differing temperatures, humidities and sun intensity.

I dont really switch anything out but there are some soaps I dont use much during certain times of the year just like my fragrances. I stay away from very sweet or heavy scents like oud in the summer, and during the winter some of the lighter scents just don't cut through the cold air.
