Scheermonnik Soaps

I've seen a couple of mentions for this soap but there aren't very many reviews. Has anyone used this soap and if so, how is the performance? This is the website: http://www.scheermonnik.nl/

First time I heard of it but reading from the ingredients it looks vegan. Maybe it's good like Nuavia.

I ended up buying two tubs and Ron (owner) is also sending a sample of the third soap (there are only 3 soaps at this time). Maybe I can do a pass around with one of them. Currently the soaps are probably cost prohibitive for folks in the States (25 Euro shipping) but I've been emailing back and forth with Ron and he tells me that things are changing and that he has just now become a "Business". I will ask if he has plans of stocking in the States. He has yet to ship the soaps so I'll have to report back once I've received them.

Just checking - did you receive the soaps and comments? While asking, did you buy direct and fairly reasonable shipping costs?

My first shipment of soaps never arrived so I agreed to split the cost for Track & Trace shipping with Ron and the second shipment arrived in late August (while I was on vacation). I was able to try out the Soek and I was duly impressed with the performance. The soap is expensive (almost 18 Euro plus the shipping fees so we're talking over $25 per soap and they weigh 75g [2.65 oz]).

I am planning to begin a soap pass around with one of them and I am including samples of the other two available scents. At this time, the soaps are cost prohibitive for anyone Stateside; I believe the shipping is 25 Euro for track & trace. I asked Ron about this and he told me that he will begin the search for a vendor.

When I get some time later this week, I will get the pass around put together.
