Scents to compliment Saponificio Varesino Felce Aromatica

I absolutely love the smell of the Saponificio Varesino Felce Aromatica shave soap and, more importantly, so does my wife.  It's clean, classy and age agnostic while remaining masculine.  I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good cologne or perfume that compliments or matches this fine soap's scent profile.

I have the matching SV Felce lotion, which, while smelling great, has little longevity with me. The lotion can also be a little bit sticky and I usually only wear it in the depths of Winter. As a result, I usually match the Felce soap with either Creed's Green Irish Tweed, a dupe AS scent like Stirling's Sharp Dressed Man (Italian Barber also has one that I haven't tried) or Aspen EdT. You can get a decant of the Creed GIT pretty cheaply if it is not something you will wear daily as a signature scent. While Aspen may be old school, reformulatd and dirt cheap these days, it remains a quality frag that punches above its weight class, IMO, and which to my nose pairs very, very well with Felce. I actually tend to prefer the combo of Stirlng SDM AS and Aspen EdT over GIT as on my skin GIT projects louder than what I prefer in most instances.

Chattilion Lux has on their recommended pairings that La Forêt de Liguest is a pair. Maybe look into that.
