I hadn't even seen that one yet... that's disappointing. It was my understanding that if we were to use that option it would be unique to this group buy on that razor. Language has been a big barrier here in the negotiations and sadly I haven't heard from Murat at Rocnel since March 15th with two unanswered emails. *shrug*

Try maybe to contact him on Instagram, he is active over there so the chance to receive an answer should be bigger. Hope everything will be sorted and this group buy will come to a conclusion as the razor look really good!

Finally heard back from Rocnel, however once again they answered a question I did not ask- and didn't provide any new information on pricing. The email translator must be screwing up or Murat is confusing me with someone else. He replied with a titanium coating price when I did not ask that. I sent off another email, we'll see what happens now. I'm asking him permission to offer the titanium B&R with engraving to the group buy for under $300 (my goal is $250 but that might be a stretch).

New update: Talked to Murat again and it looks like we finally are on the same page. He is speaking with Barbaros (the collaborator of the B&R Razor) to discuss pricing. They will be getting back to me as soon as they can. I think we're almost there folks!

Barbaros&Rocnel Adjustable... Titanium Black (as seen on another forum). Sounded like soon available at US and UK/EU vendor.

Few questions:

- How durable is the titanium coating?
- Anybody has hand on experience with the titanium coating possibly in a long term? (doubt about the long term, looks like its something new on the market)
- what is the process of the titanium coating, is it electroplating?
- the brass adjusting knob, is it plain polished brass or gold plated?
