RazoRock XXX Duro?

Have resisted the urge on a few occasions to pick up a tub of the XXX Duro formula,but after today's shave with the original XXX formula I am considering it again.The original performs very well for me,the only problem I have with it is post shave.It tends to leave my face very dry,but the slickness IMHO is the best out of the few RR soaps that I own.Anyone here own both formulas care to sway me one way or the other?

I own both. I didn't see much difference from the performance. It's also not that firm, still Croap-ish, at least mine is.

I do love the scent though.

If you liked the original, I think Duro would also be right up your alley.

I don’t quite fit the bill, since I don’t own the original formula. But I do like the Duro a lot. It is one of the easiest lathering soaps that I have, and as you already know, the scent is just pure enjoyment.

The post-shave feel of the Duro is nothing that special to me, to be honest — but it’s not bad, either. If you enjoy all other aspects of the original, it might be worth it to give Duro a shot.
