Razorock Mamba and Super Speeds

I gave the mamba a second try and it is not for me.
Way too mild for me, and I am not one that likes aggressive razors, far from it.
I might try it with a shim but I am not a fan of using shims. Too bad because it is a beautifully made razor.

My Mamba's in the mail, along with Razorock's tto and another head, soaps and a brush (couldn't help myself). I'm beginning to get better results from the Variant, set it to 3 yesterday, no nicks but not exactly a close shave. There's more stubble right now than my superspeed. Feels both harsh and smooth at the same time as I'm getting to grips with it. I really want to like it.
