I hope that it will not be necessary to purchase two complete razors, to get both the mild and aggressive plates.
IMHO the GC should be sold as a "system" with both plates, similar to the Rockwell 6 or as a single razor with either the mild or aggressive plate. This would make everyone happy.
Base will, .84 will be sold seperately, as an optional part, maybe 4 weeks.

Yes, at some point for sure... I just don't have a date for a more aggressive mamba plate at the moment.

The Game Changer is on it's way to Ray Settanta. I'll post my thoughts on it later when I have more time, but I would like to thank Joe razorock for allowing this pass around. I really liked the razor and signed up for the notification to buy a while ago. My number has not come up yet, but I am patiently waiting!

As far as I know, notifications are not being sent out. I believe I read that notifications are being posted on Facebook and Twitter. I do not use them so I can't verify that. The Gamechanger has been offered for sale many times in the past few weeks. I have not purchased one because I wanted to try it first but I have seen it offered for sale many times. Keep checking IB for what's in stock.

I was notified by IB email, but they sold out before I could respond (in a matter of hours). Also, that was when I had the GC in the pass-around. I have decided to wait until the more aggressive plate and the handle I want is available. I will purchase both plates and a handle at that time. Based on current demand, it will most likely have to be a Christmas present to me.

Game Changer arrived today but too late in the day for a shave. I will use it tomorrow morning. What's a good blade to start off with? I have GSB, Lab Blues, Nacet, Astra, Polsilver, Super Max, Wilkinson Sword, Kai, Feather and probably half a dozen other brands,

I used Astra SP, Polsilver and GSB and they all performed great in the razor for me. This was one of, if not THE smoothest razor I've ever shaved with. It was a pleasure to use. Finding the angle was easy and intuitive and I found the fit and finish to be very nice for the asking price. The only negative I can come up with is that it didn't get my neck area as close as my Karve or even my RR German 37 slant. I typically only do 2 passes and touch up though. If I added a full 3rd pass with touch ups, I'm sure the efficiency would be more than adequate. I think I'm going to hold out for the higher gap plate and get both at the same time along with the radio knob handle.
