Thanks Jeff, my sentiments exactly. I hope that Joe will offer a package of both mild and aggressive heads plus the handle for one price. It would be easier for him and us (customers). Otherwise, we will have to make at least two separate selections in the purchase cart. I believe selling both heads plus a handle as a "system" is better. This gives newbies something to grow into. IMHO the GC is actually smoother, more intuitive and a better starter razor than the Rockwell 6 (C or S). The GC has a smaller head, which makes it easier to maneuver under the nose. For experienced traditional shavers, you can shave blind with the GC. Considering todays marketplace and the current price of the GC, there is no competition that can touch the design, quality, materials and performance of this SS razor (with 2 heads).

I have used the razor for a few shaves. I think this would be a great razor for a beginning wet shaver. Easy to use, smooth, no blade overhang and very well made at a good price point with the possible option of obtaining a different baseplate. In my case, I could not obtain a BBS in 3 passes without some more work with touchups and buffing. It would be great to use for a quick shave in the morning or for a second shave in the evening before going out. After the new plate comes out, I will purchase the Game Changer with the two plates.

Anyone with a WR1 (standard gap) or Guerrilla able to compare the shaves with the Game Changer? Wondering if it offers the same shave at a lower price as the head looks like a hybrid of the two (WR1 profile with the posts on the base plate like the Guerrilla).

forgot to mention. I received the package from Ray Settanta a few days ago. I'll probably give the GC a go tomorrow night.

I used the GC head tonight. Put my muhle r41 handle on it and used a new astra sp blade. I basically mimic everything that's been posted already - a very mild razor. This is DEFINITELY drastically different than what I've been accustomed to over the past year or so. I've been strictly using my muhle r41, ikon tech and blackland blackbird sb razors...all aggressive razors, IMHO.

I'll give the razor a few more tries. I might even try it for a head shave as I think people who shave their heads and enjoy using a DE to do that job might like this razor.

I didn't participate in the pass around figuring I'd just buy one. Who knew it would take so long to actually be able to get one!! In any case, I just clicked on IB and bought the Game Changer - head only, thats all that was available. I have plenty of handles so thats ok. I'm looking forward to seeing if the thing lives up to its name.
