Looks like a WR1 SB on a CG handle. The name also doesn’t leave much mystery of it’s origins.

Should be interesting to follow either way. CG has done designs for WCS. Would be interesting if James did the same for IB.

Out of curiosity - Why?
We all have different ideas on what is a good weight / balance etc and the handle is the easiest place to change that.

I imagine it’s how a car designer feels when the customer installs ugly wheels and a park bench spoiler. It’s wonderful that the customer loves it, but as the original designer 99% of aftermarket handles violate the design language of the razor not to mention the balance point shift. So I selfishly wish I could maintain the design as I intended. But ultimately it’s important for customers to have that flexibility so I don’t do it and likely never will.

mmmhhhh....I bought and sold every single RR. Even the GC whose geometry looks so similar to the WR1 still doesn’t come close to it in terms of shaving efficiency and comfort. Not to speak about finish. So let’s not fool ourselves, these are not wolves not even close

Look forward to that new razor from our friends at RR. Sure it can't be compared to a Wolfman, but I prefer to try a razor that I can actually buy.
