Problem with the Nuavias

Mine did the same exact same thing @"nikos.a" , had Blue and the Rossa. Couldn't get a decent lather out of either the other day no matter how hard I tried after discovering this thread and grabbing my jars out of storage. I threw out all of the soap and put a Mitchells Wool Fat puck in one jar and a Sandalwood Tallow AOS puck in the other jar. Wifey bought the Pannacremas for my birthday a few years ago so I'm not out much but its still a shame because there should have been at least 50 or 60 shaves in both pucks.

If I make a list of all the members that have experienced the same issue, you'd be surprised. I started this thread in three forums. I even received pms from those who prefer not to say it in public.

Pannacrema has stopped answering to my emails. I didn't got any reply in my last one. That happened before the virus outbreak. They didn't want to publish it I guess.
I'll just stop supporting Pannacrema from now on. Their soaps eventually turn bad. That's all.

I could push it even further and say more, but Italy has much more important problems at the moment. They have more than 1000 deaths from the covid-19 and the whole country is in quarantine at the moment.

Thank you for bringing this up.  For the longest time, I wished to own one of Nuavias soaps.  I even tried a couple of samples and couldn't make up my mind on scent.  I won't be buying it.  They lost at least one customer.  

I had a problem with one of my Grooming Dept soaps.  I reached out to Mohammad and he resolved the issue immediately.  What A contrast!

Uggghhh Nick.....it pains me to see those lather photos! They almost look like you tried to whip up the lather with liquid dish soap...just terrible. The company response even worse. Luckily mine has not yet turned...I need to use it up quick!

Matt, I think the best way to enjoy them is to use them regularly. Otherwise, you'll end up with a practically useless product. I'm now using them as hand soaps and I can't even produce a decent lather out of them. Who would have thought it?

Never would have seen it coming...that’s for sure!

Hey Niko! Loving the thread so far. From what I am seeing it looks like the soap has lost its ability to retain moisture. When soap is formed it creates quite a bit of glycerin which is a humectant; this draws in and binds water. From the photo and the amount of water you are using it seems the binding isn't occuring and the water is going elsewhere; whether it is in your brush or evaporated. Due to this you are basically whipping in a ton of air causing the bubbles and an airy lather.

Try to add the 3g to a bowl with a couple drops of glycerin, hyaluronic acid, or a combo of both. Then add a couple of drops of water and let it sit for two minutes before continuing your normal routine. Hope this might help.
