If you are implying if I will contact Q Shave and return the refund, then of course, I will.

If Q Shave sent you a refund and doesn't want the razor back then the matter is closed. If you can fix it then good for you and enjoy it.

However, if I do get it to work, I will notify them and see how they want to proceed.

I agree with slantman. Really celestino, your under no financial, moral or ethical obligation with Qshave/Weishi in regards to their product for any reciprocal action. It was resolved, plain and simple and is a non issue.

On another note, I didn't know the forum had a member that was the conscience of reasoning and perpetuates the proverbial "do the right thing" moniker. Was there a vote taken?? Or was he self appointed? Maybe a badge and the title of "Shave Code & Ethics Police". At least it would be more official sounding.

Really unbelievable.....

Well, I guess I'll offer an update on the issue I had with this razor.
After trying a few things to get the adjustment dial moving, I finally decided to put it in hot soapy water, overnight, and that seemed to work.
Everything on the razor seems to be functioning properly and I contacted QShave to inform them of this and ask them how they wanted to proceed.
They offered me a discount of $11and asked me to send them $39 for the razor.

It is a bit interesting how this all turned out and hopefully I won't have any more issues with the dial.

At least you were able to get the razor working. Your actions in contacting the vendor were above and beyond anything required. You my friend constantly and quietly prove you are true gentleman.

Karma works for shaving also. One day you'll need it and it'll be there. ;-)

I doubt I'll ever be in desperate need to use it as I have too many other razors. Smile
