I had this happen to me also, TWICE (I purchased in BOTH releases), fortunately it appeared AFTER I had made my purchases and I went back to check on some brushes.
It seemed like it was more related to the website being overwhelmed by inquires, as I was NOT refreshing very often when it occurred (?)
