Had a goodly number of Paladin and am firmly with Lorenzo. This not a bad thing, just my experience.

Depending on which paladin knot it is, some demonstrate more gel than others. . Gel does make a brush better than another. It's only one variable or metric. Knots L6, J6, G7 and D6 all exhibit pronounced gel as comapred to others from the same. All a matter of preference.

And there you go... Like politics. No consensus whatsoever.

Concurred, but as a brushmaker, have found Paladin most consistent knot batch to knot batch.
