I try not to post on dead threads, or to post about products that are no longer available, but I can't help myself.
I revisited this razor this morning, after a long break, and am truly amazed that I still can't feel any stubble, almost 12 hours later. This seems to be my most efficient razor. The Charcoal Goods Level 3 is my favorite, but the PAA DOC Evolution gives me an even closer, longer-lasting shave. Also more efficient than my R41 2011, ATT H2, Blackbird OC, etc. Perhaps in a tie with my Ikon Shavecraft Tech, though friendlier.
I bring this up only because I saw the aluminum version of this razor languish too long on a BST the other day. I have both the stainless and the aluminum, or I would have been all over the offer. After sending my stainless version as a loaner to NY, and then seeing it sit in NJ for a few months after that, I'm pleased it's at home in my den...
