Geez can you tell I just got internet service??
We really love our new house. We are 96% unpacked thanks to ML. We like the area and the house.
The master suite is wonderful. We had a pub set back in southern NH. We almost sold it at our garage sale but decided to keep it. It fits in our bedroom.
We use it for breakfast as above. Or for writing letters.
The dogs like this room as well.
I like that we have a gas stove. Last house had a flat cooktop. I was always afraid to use cast iron pots on it. Here I can use my griddle.
We have lovely views all around.
Though it does get cold here. Last night was our first hard freeze. This was 6:30 this morning.
My tractor was pampered and garaged in southern NH. The bay doors here are not tall enough. She is outside.
Diesels are hard to start in the cold. We installed a block heater to warm the engine. I will run an extension cord to plug it in when I anticipate snow.
ML is fitting a 17 mm hex bit to the the plug we need to remove. My hands were to big.
The 17 mm bit needed a 1/2" drive. Fortunately I had a breaker bar that is that size. The heater needed a 1 and 3/8 socket. Huge!! It is 3/4" drive. I had to buy an adapter to fit the breaker bar. And with a little luck I should not need to use this tools ever again.
We do have a lovely gas fireplace to keep us cozy. There is a light switch on the wall. Flip it and poof - instant flames.
Yes life is good.
