Reviews of free goods by anyone are taken by me with a grain of salt and a lot of scepticism. Be it the one you mentioned or ANYONE else, no matter what they have done for wet shaving.

You have explained how that review came about and the fact that they now sponsor that site is all I need to know. The bottom line is a $2500 razor is absurd.

If the black version is released later on priced on par with the current silver one...and there is another one of those $190-something discount deals I'll be honest in that it would be very hard for me not to pick up a black one as well. It really is a fantastic razor.

I am not interested in a $2500 razor either.  As I said above, I think it is a waste of money and a status symbol  that offers no legitimate advantages over the original. But if somebody wants to buy it, good for them!

But you need to get your facts straight before you accuse others of anything. Ravi did not submit any review of the BlackBlade.  He just posted pictures of it as a gift.

His review of the original OneBlade was done with his own time, and paid for with his own money. OneBlade sponsored TSN  well after this review.

And if OneBlade  wants to send me a gift for setting the facts straight  and being honest,  I will be happy to post some pictures too...

Yes, I think he is a huge schill for BullGoose and pretty much every sponsor of that forum.

@Bruce ,  I cannot speak to his association with other products or vendors...  As I simply do not have enough information.

However, I can say that I have personally watched the OneBlade developments and reviews like a hawk. Ravi's original purchase and review of the OneBlade has been completely above board and ethical.  Anything else is disinformation unless you have evidence.

And from my standpoint, this makes you look much worse than you are trying to portray him.

People are free to spend their money however they want, however if you spend what a large percentage of people in this country make in a month and more than what many in the service industry make in a month on a razor, you deserve a kick in the nuts in my opinion..... 2,500 on a razor is absurd.

It's simply that the price of the razor marked up to $2500 for a bit of coating is boorish and vulgar.
It just looks like OneBlade is running a con game on this 'Limited Edition.'
