It just proves the old saying that "no good deed goes unpunished"! Rockwell decides to pay extra $$ to speed up delivery and then DHL totally screws up.
I'm not sure they paid "extra" for DHL delivery. I think they went with the cheapest option ... and got what they paid for!
They choose to send the razors with a courier company rather than via regular snail mail. So yeah, they paid MORE than they needed to speed things up. Be happy your razor will show up someday
