Just to be perfectly clear, I have no clue if it's any good as a deodorant.
I only use it on my neck and face after shaving, like, say, an Omega alum stick or an Osma alum block.

Color me stupid, I must have not read that thread with my comprehension cap on. That's what I get for skim reading. No problem, I'll see how it works as I've been hunting one for this purpose. I corrected my post John Rose Happy2

Dave in KY  - That Cooper looks interesting. Does the cap simply snap into place, something like a Futur?

About the DSA alum - do try it as a post-shave alum stick.

Razor - John, I always assumed that it just snapped in place as well. Actually what takes place is you turn the knob at the bottom which tightens a clasp that holds the little ball on the baseplate that is sitting in the top of the handle when you close it. Pretty cool feature and works smoothly. I'll do a video shave with it at some point and show on video how it operates.

DSA alum, I have an alum block already that I use occasionally. My goal is to try this for deodorant stick and see how it works. If it doesn't work for that it'll be cleaned off well and used as an alum block.
