I have been on a roll finding vintage Gillettes lately. A Toggle last week and now this. A 1948-1950 Aristocrat that seems to be NOS. The razor appears unused and the Speed-pak “dispenser” is still sealed and unwrapped. I think it is closer to 1950 because it has the lip built into the top lid to hold down the blade bank.

Thank you. They are still out there but getting harder to find. I pass on a lot of junk until I find something like this

A set of small M&F Blondes arrived. I'm not really sure why I bought them, since I already had a full brush rotation. And at this point I don't know if I will use them or not; initially I'll probably just admire them.

Just purchased this brush from master woodturner Dave Bell (dave@stickermetimbers.com).
He casted it with stabilized big leaf maple burl and resin....its just beautiful! Work of art!
The knot is a 28 mm Silvertip badger, with a effective loft of 57mm.
Can't wait to use it...[Image: oDDdItp.jpg]

A couple of brushes from Brad Sears arrived this week. The brush on the left is a Chalice in Black Marble ebonite. The Chalice is a new handle from Brad and it's similar to a M&F style 3 except it's slimmer and slightly shorter. The other brush is M&F 2XXL in Black Honey ebonite. Both knots are 28mm.

One off Declaration Grooming 28mm Jefferson with “Autumn Glory” Handle. My pictures don’t do it justice, she’s a Beauty!
