Saturday morning's shave with el jefe was no bueno por ka-ka. If you get the blade perfectly placed and secured, the shave is exceptional. If you don't, it's a bloody mess. Saturday's score was El Jefe, 4; me, 0.

So adios, El Jefe.

Your remarks echo several others that I’ve seen. Great shave if you can get the blade to sit right. But it’s easy to guess what the shave with any razor is like if the blade is not seated correctly…

Sorry to hear this, but perhaps someone will be happy to take the razor off your hands. Apparently it does have its fans.

Whenever I go to shave, I assume there’s someone else on the planet shaving, so I say “I’m gonna go shave, too.”

No big deal. For $20, I got some really great shaves out of it - and some really painful ones.

I am going to pare down my inventory by three or four razors. Except for El Jefe, the others are too mild and inefficient and one has a TTO mechanism that I don't like.
