I figured it had to do with Apple products. My iMac and iPhone didn't work, but my iPad and work PC both worked. But I'm in Canada too, and Washington is pretty to Canada.

Interesting, guys. This the first I have heard of the problem. There was nothing wrong in San Diego and I am now visiting my sister in Los Angeles. Everything has been working as it should on my iMac, my iPad, my iPad Mini, and my Android phone. andrewjs18 hasn't mentioned any known problems.

Cheers,
Marko

Good to have you back Marko !  I was wondering what happened to you....assumed you had taken a well-deserved vacation  Smile

Thanks HoosierShave but it wasn't that I couldn't find the time to log on it was that my computer wouldn't go to DFS at all - like I said, I assumed ransom virus had brought down the site but once I got back in I could tell that other members had been able to get on and post like everything was normal. I'm happy to be back in.Smile

So it was selective blocking - it was strange, I went through a form of withdrawal and was even facing up to the possibility that I'd never see DFS again. I felt a little isolated but its nothing a few rounds of counselling wouldn't have cured. Maybe.

This change wouldn't of caused problems like you guys were having. I'm going to check out some issues with Celestino tonight, hopefully we can get it worked out.

No need, Andrew. Everything is back to normal.
I have no idea what it was, but it is obvious now that it was affecting some individual's access to the site. I can't see it being a random case as there were three folks, here, in Vancouver who couldn't access it, as well as Mark (Ontario) and Din (Washington State).

You may remain a mystery. Big Grin

Celestino, I believe Mark lives in Alberta and, if so, it would be interesting to know if any members in eastern or mid Canada or the United States experienced the same problem or if it was just confined to the western parts of those countries.  If it was just that somewhat localized, and seemingly scattered area of the west, I wonder what could have possibly caused it.  As andrewjs18 stated, the change would not have caused it and even if it did wouldn't the problem be much more widespread?  Definitely entering the Twilight Zone. Freddy, I have no idea and it is quite odd.
Another thing is that it couldn't have just affected the western part of Canada/US as a few of our members live in that area and they don't seem to have been affected.
