Nice, oh yes I know where that is! great lil shops and restaurants around our area! I was doing happy hour last night at Cantina Mayahuel!

Yes, the neighborhood has certainly had some nice restaurants move in over the last few years. Twiggs has become my morning ritual for coffee.
