Looks very nice (especially the coloring), barring the unfortunate placement of the company name... If I cared for the soap I'd consider it for the presentation upgrade.

That said, I like what PannaCrema did with their own ceramic bowl. Instead of using their regular soaps, they developed and entirely new soap base that performs noticeably better. IMO this ceramic bowl would be more welcome if CRSW had a premium line, unless they are pricing it in the sub ~$30 range (in which case it represents a simple packaging upgrade from the tins).

On that note, does anyone know if the formulation of the included soap is different in any way? In the absence of a premium soap line like Nuavia, I suppose they could make do with a premium scent for this release.

I think that the formula is the same and I think it's going to contain a new spring scent. I think that's what I read.

It might celestino, but speaking for myself, my favorite pieces of yours are those beautiful wooden bowls (without logos). They are so classy and elegant. I wish I could get a custom one to fit Savonniere du Moulin pucks.

However I do agree NeoXerxes a little on the whole 'no logo' thing. I also enjoy your pictures that incorporate exquisite craftsmanship.

Breathtaking photo you highlight there Oli. I want a custom bowl of that quality that I can use for SdM. It's tough to find a container for it, and I'm not entirely sold on their own ceramic option.

I looked into buying one of these bowls from the artisan who's name escapes me right now but he told me, unfortunately, if I wanted to actually use it as a soap dish then he would need to apply a coating that would alter the colours of the wood. It was the colours that drew me in, in the first place so I said no but this artisan in particular does some outstanding wood work. I am sure celestino will furnish you with his details of needed.

WindsorCitrus I wouldn't mind a coating since I'd be using it as a soap dish. I'd love to know the name of the artisan. celestino mentioned it before, but I no longer have access to that message :p.
