Well, I contacted OneBlade by phone about returning my Core razor and I had a very interesting dialogue with the gentleman on the line.
I had to wait ten minutes on the phone. this morning, and he tried to convince me that it must be my technique if I could not get the razor to work properly, for me.
I tried to convince him that I have been an experienced 'wet-shaver' for the past six years, but he just could not grasp the idea that this razor wouldn't work for me. I mentioned that I had tried over 100 different types of shavers and that the Core razor was just too mild, for me.
I even suggested that he peruse the shaving forums to get more information regarding both versions of the OneBlade, but I highly doubt he will bother.
It was quite interesting to hear how determined he was to convince me that I was at fault for not being able to get on with the shaver.
I guess I could use a few more years of practice.
The other interesting thing was that they wanted me to return the opened package of blades. I couldn't understand why since they cannot possible repackage them, in any way, as they would not know if I had tampered with them, in some sort of way.
Does anyone have any idea what they would do with the blades, once returned?

Celestino's experience reminds me of walking into an AOS store some years ago. Couldn't wait to get out of there. No fault on them as they just don't shave our way or know anything about it. The V2 was a nice shaver but I struggled with anything over a days growth. It's far too mild.
I wonder how long OneBlade will be around. I know they are not getting the cartridge guys. I tried the OneBlade on a couple of them. No go.

celestino when I originally contacted them by email just to clarify the whole return policy before using the razor they also indicated to return any unused blades in the return email. I found it strange also but I don't have another razor to use them in so they would be no benefit to me if I didn't keep the CORE. They only thing I find somewhat funny is that they recommend a new blade with each shave (I know they seem to have changed their stance on this a little bit) so during the 30 days it would not be unreasonable to try the razor 10 times using a new blade each time before deciding if its for you or not. Not sure what plans they would have for them once the box has been opened.
Go Blue!
I can understand asking some questions about how it's been used in order to provide suggestions and to encourage someone to give the product another shot. Trying to convince someone that your product just isn't being used properly does not sound like a winning strategy to retain a customer. I'd recommend they track return reasons in a structured fashion, if they aren't already.

Now I can't shave as fast as Steve but the application of some pressure and longer strokes is the ticket!
I appreciate your suggestion, but I have used the Genesis OneBlade before and it was a fine shaver, but just a tad too mild, for me, and the Core is even milder. I have other DE razors that provide me with much closer and better shaves.
As they say, YMMV.

I was asked to return used software as well with my v2 return.
