So far I have a birth year slim, a fatboy, one frankenrazor, parker and an aristocrat. Soon I’ll see art looking for a toggle. My collection is rounding out rather well!!

+1 on a toggle razor. Big hopes for the Janus.

I own a bunch of adjustables. I fell in love with them and have some of the higher end pieces including a D1 Standard Toggle, D1 Red Dot Fatboy, and F4 Chrome Toggle. Unless you are just dead set on having a Toggle, which I would totally understand, your shaving experience would be improved more by something else. A $50 Fatboy shaves just as good as a $500 Toggle, for all intent and purposes. You'd be hard pressed telling the difference.

I also own a bunch of high end modern razors. If I were you, I would get a Timeless 95OC Scalloped. It is a fantastic shaver. It's super smooth and danged efficient. It's probably the best $225 or so you can spend on a modern. That's a big statement and likely to incite some flames but that razor is that good, IMO. Timeless is top notch in quality. Plus, if you don't like it, send it back with 30 days for a refund. Not much for you to lose.

A polished Blackland Blackbird OC is up there too. Same return policy, just as good a shaver. Not quite as efficient but more blade feel, if blade feel is your thing.

Happy shaving.
