You just never know when the time is up. I saw Stone Temple Pilots a few years ago, and the option to see the original line-up is now forever gone. Saw Rush last year, and apparently they were on their last tour then. Sometimes it really pays to seize the moment and go see your favorite bands.

Apparently the lead singer in the tribute band I saw in Dallas auditioned with AC/DC after Brian had to step down due to medical reasons. I was a little surprised he didn't get the gig - he sounded great and his style was similar to Brian's.

Maybe the gig will be in his cards in the future. Although, if the band even continues on (since their members have been dropping left and right for the last few years), they might go for another drastic change, since Brian Johnson was so very different from Bon Scott.
