I bow to your superior knowledge.  Ironically, to my utterly untrained ear, it was Kennedy who was less technically pure.  However, I happily bow to your knowledge, as I have none.

I sometimes wonder, are we the only two on DFS who enjoy classical music?

Please, have no knowledge nor an education to speak of. Primotenore IS an expert. Know what I like though and have been fortunate enough to see some incredible talent live.

Pink Floyd - Animals (one of the greatest rock albums ever). In response to those hating previous long hair music posts. Orwellian seditious slap at neoliberalism and behavioural political economics

Carl Loewe: Grand Duo Sonata.  Preference is for the Elizabeth Small Recording but YouTube only had this to post as a sample

I listen to it as well. It's not like I've given up on Jimi, Floyd or some old school country but classical does take up most of my listening time these days. A good idea for a thread and I only recently noticed the music selections in the lounge after seeing a few of Dan's selections. I may revisit the music while shaving once in a while but I'm not sure I have the best setup for it. As a evening shaver I have gotten used to the silence and usually enjoy some music and maybe a drink or two when I'm done.

Doesn't require much equipment nor room. Literally just listen thru an iPhone. Sure, it is low quality but bathroom acoustics are harsh in most instances to my experience.

Remember the day Physical Graffiti released, listening to it whilst reclining in the back of a Shelby Mustang under trees besides a babbling brook.

Though not yet 50 Dan I'm like a dinosaur and don't actually use even a cell phone. As for the actual music it's tailed off in recent years but when the mood hits I actually still buy CD's as well.
