It’s odd that several brushes from this drop all have uneven knots. The last brush I had from him was perfectly tied.

Do you also have hair loss? I got more than usual.

Mine is after bloom:

Nothing out of the ordinary at this point. I always shed some loose hairs after the first handful of uses.

There were some ZT4s released earlier. A couple are still available.

Thanks,
I just ordered #1, I am really hoping not to have any problem.
Looks like new batch has longer white tips.

#1 looks like a nice choice, and has the added virtue of the number. #24 (blue/black swirls) and #28 (orange and creamy white - rather like the surface of Jupiter) were the ones that most caught my eye, and I grabbed #24 because I also liked the organic feel of the shape.

It seems like Brett shapes each handle by eye, presumably to a design that shows each pour pleasingly for him. There are no two exactly the same and they always seem to have varied. Haven’t really seen that talked about in this thread so far.

#24 is very nice. I like the colors in that one. Agreed with the organic vibe on the shapes.

#1 is quite nice in the pics too. Fingers crossed on getting a well done knot. Understandable given recent specimen.

I got #21. The red looks pretty bright and polish looks well done. Looking forward to getting it.

My brush came today. I am happy to report my example is very, very nice. The knot is set in the handle straight and is perfectly symmetrical in shape, to my eye. Polish on the handle is great. I hope you guys get good pieces as well.

Mine is pretty good, too. Uniform, no black hair, nicely treated. During test run, I had only one hair loss.

Also got Hags Set today, looking forward to try them too.
