Interesting discussion. My most used items are:

Razor:  Rockwell 6C exclusively
Blade:  Gillette Silver Blues
Brush:  Stirling's Synthetic "The Kong" (on occasion Semogue's boar or RazorRock's badger)
Soap/Cream: Rotating through 4 scents of Sudsy Soapery, Stirling's Barbershop plus Body Shop's Maca Root and TOBS Sandalwood
Aftershave: Any one of 4 Sudsy Soapery's balms or Stirling's Barbershop balm.

Like you, I find the SB B plate the best for most of my shaves! I get tempted by other Karve offerings, but the B plate is perfection for me!

Like you, I find the SB B plate the best for most of my shaves!  I get tempted by other Karve offerings, but the B plate is perfection for me!
   I have been using both the B and BOC plates 
while they both give very good shaves im waiting on the A SB plate to see if any smoother. I know the C plate is a little too aggressive for me
