Financial rewards for entertainment stars and professional athletes just seem to get more and more ridiculous, day by day. Baseball player Juan Soto seems to think that over $29 million per year for 15 years is not enough money.

I'm not too old, but I think anyone getting paid millions for anything is wrong!
Think where the money could be spent in the world, and then consider why we willingly give it to celebrities and all those big CEO types.

I agree athletes are over paid but I don't think its a problem really about people getting paid too much, if he can get a contract he should. Any one in every profession should always fight to get the most they can. If somone thinks they are worth the money they are asking, I dont understand why anyone would get upset over someone getting paid what their employer agrees to pay them. If people weren't spending billions on sports, players wouldnt be making millions of dollars.

I also completely disagree that no one should be able to make millions of dollars. If you dont want your money going to celebrities, athletes, or CEO's dont watch their movies, watch any sports or buy any of those companies products, but dont act like if you had an opportunity to make millions of dollars you wouldnt take it.
