Can you compare this to B&M's Reserve Lavender?

I hesitated awhile before I decided to try Mike's. I finally bought some off of another forum and I'm damn glad I did. Some of my best shaves have been with this soap. I love it.

Mike’s Natural Soaps are among the best artisan soaps with consistent quality. I’ve tried a number of his soaps and enjoyed every Mike’s shave soap in my den.

The Lavender, Peppermint, & Tea Tree shampoo bar is another great item that I use daily.

Mike's Hungarian Lavender is very weak scent wise IMO. As well, B&M is simply a better soap with their Reserve line probably being one of, if not THE, best shave soaps extant.

Secretary Ramsey put his foot into it yesterday . . . in the course of his remarks he said that California “needs water and better society.”  “So does h-ll,” yelled someone in the crowd.

Haven’t used the B&M lavander, so I can’t say. I generally like B&M, so I’d be surprised if it wasn’t also great too.

I have used TOBS lavander, and although it works well as a soap, it isn’t as strong as Mike’s.

Used like this morning. It’s a simple scent but it just works. Performance on these soaps is among the very best in my den. It’s easy to lather and get into that yogurt consistency. My only wish is that he expand the scent offerings.

I see there's a new scent on the horizon, Rose, Cedarwood and Patchouli. It's available as a test sample right now.

Bergamot, Orange, Ylang-Ylang

From Mike:

"A new shaving soap scent is now in stock: Bergamot, Orange, Ylang-ylang! This one was very well received at the @MaggardRazors meet on Saturday. Hope you enjoy it!"

Ordered...Very very excited about this one! Smile
