Hi Mickey_Lee welcome to DFS, I've got a few of your soaps and aftershaves and really like them - looking forward to seeing what you're going to be doing next.
Cheers,

Through the Woods is one of my favourite scents.

It really does make your brain think "Christmas" after you sniff it. I'll flip if they made an matching aftershave balm for it in the next holiday release.

Performance of the soap is also off the charts.

Hello! Welcome! I was fortunate enough to be able to attend the Maggards event and speak with you. I think we talked about how you're going to add significantly more menthol to Paradise Frost when it returns Big Grin

Shout out for Mickey Lee Soapworks. I got a sample of their Grand Havana after shave splash, loved it and ordered a bottle. I love the scent.

I’ve read good things about that one, too — especially the splash. How is the scent strength and longevity of Grand Havana?

Just recently I shaved for the first time with a sample of La Belle du Sud, and the scent was amazing! My brother-in-law visited shortly after, and was wondering what smelled so good in our home. I handed the soap over to him and listened to his lavish praise of the scent.

The scent strength is very good. My sense of smell is definitely middle of the road or a little lower than average. Having said that, the alcohol based after shaves I've tried last about an hour before I can't smell them. I don't have a significant other, so don't have anyone else to give input.

Thanks for sharing your experiences. I know that aftershave is not the same as cologne, but I’m always pleasantly surprised when I find a splash that can double as a cologne. They seem to be few and far between, and I guess that’s OK. Different scents for different folks!

Well, The Micky Lee Grand Havana has a price point about $17 for an amount that will last a long time, probably be worth giving it a shot.

It truly smells like a cigar shop with no smoke in it.

Hmm come to think of it, it does smell a bit like that.

I like the new labels of MLS btw. Very classy.
