Granted it takes 2-3 shaves to find the perfect Yaqi angle because the head is so low profile once you do, it’s just an amazing shave for me.
I actually prefer it to any razor I currently own, and that includes a lot of similar razors:
(RS-10, Paradigm Ti2, Overlander, Oliblade, Ti Athena, etc).
I have a lot of respect for everything I listed but that Yaqi .70 Titanium just agrees with my skin and beard and has such a nice feel to it.
Incredibly interesting. For you, what is the best angle for you? Shallow, neutral, steep?
Neutral - but most of my razors like a slightly steep angle. This is the exception.
That is the angle the head looks like it shaves at, as it looks like a henson.
Funny enough, I usually go neutral in my Overlander but today I went steeper than usual and it was an unexpected great shave.
