Longer Handle for a Gillette New?

Hey guys, I've recently been shaving with a Gillette New. I feel like the handle is a little short. was there ever a longer handle produced?

I have the bomb tip handle, but I don't think the bar handle is any longer. It's a three piece so you should be able to pick up a longer handle to use. Try maggard razors the have good SS handles at good price points. The MR18 is almost four inches long.

Hey, thank you for the reply. I have an MR7 handle, but the handles collar is too big to screw all the way down to the head as the depression is not as wide as the cuff.

I just picked up a Gillette New aswell and I'd love to use it with a 90-100mm handle. Today I used it with a Maggard MR20 handle and it just works fine, but as the OP said the handle does not screw on all the way and is not flush with the bottom plate.

Get a few small rubber washers from a hardware store. Don't know why I didn't think of that before. I do this with another razor.
