Knot Purchase from China & Coronavirus

Looking to purchase a few Oumo brush knots form China. Do you think it is safe to do so with the Coronavirus outbreak?

Just wash and disinfect and you should be fine. If you are concerned, just wait six months.

The long journey over should kill it.
If not, dunk it in a warm solution of vinegar
then hand lather a few times

Viruses typically don't live long outside a host. You'll be fine.
Anthrax is a bacteria and can live much longer than viruses outside a host.

Slow boat and you should be safe.

Don't pop the bubble wrap that it is packed in. The air in the bubbles is from China!!!!! ;-)

I am not a virus expert, but I would feel comfortable using a brush from China if I let it sit out in open air in a relatively dry room for a week, then washed it a couple times with soap and water or a commercial brush cleaner.
