So I haven't weighed in.... I already know what the result is.
But tomorrow is another day.
And I still feel great and motivated.

Welcome back Stubble Daddy, we got this!

I think this thread will actually help me stay on-track since a few others here are doing it too!

I remember how great I felt last time I did Keto and want to get back to that.

There are many reasons to be in ketosis. Just one of them is weight reduction. Just sayin'.

Just because we burn fat for fuel, that doesn't mean we MUST consume fat. At least we don't need to if we have fat reserves. The liver and our bodies will take care of things automatically.

Dug these visuals up from my last Keto Rodeo. I saved them on my phone for quick reference:

Love the Pyramid!!

Sorry I have been out of touch for a few days. Still going strong!

And I weighed in this morning, and I lost weight, I just can't remember the number... I think 163.4 but don't recall with 100% certainly. And if so, then I'm down 7.6 pounds in 11 days, without even being perfect ( I've been eating too many meals on several days, instead of OMAD or 2MAD).

I'll weigh myself tomorrow and report... that's the plan at least!

Wow, way to go!

I weighed in at 166 on Sunday. I was 161 today (Thursday).

Already feel more energetic and I’m not even in ketosis yet

Amazing how quickly the weight falls off by just cutting out carbs and sugar.

Great work!!

I'm pretty sure I'm in ketosis as of today... My hunger is way down, much more manageable. Even wasn't tempted when give the dog some peanut butter or cheese... two triggers for me!!!

I think I remember reading it takes most people almost 2 weeks to get into ketosis (if you strictly following the plan).

I have some “test strips” from Amazon that you can pee on to tell. It’s easy to fall out of Ketosis… but also easy to get back to it.

Gotta love when people say "dieting doesn't work".
No... you're just following propaganda diets.
No one makes money from promoting keto or fasting.

Follow the money (or in this case, don't "follow" the money).
Follow evolution. Keto is the diet we evolved eating.
Not high carb.
... and definitely not vegan/vegetarian... Notice they always have wrinkly skin and are always miserable?? That's because they're starving their cells of what's biologically appropriate for humans.

It's really simple if you THINK about it.
