I've got the original release 42 and the current iteration and I've also bought a tub for my son.  We find the scent quite nice but if there's one thing I've learned on this journey its that we don't all perceive the smell of things the same way.  You obviously don't perceive 42 the way I do because I can assure you, I don't enjoy the scent of vomit, whale or human.  Next time I use it I'll be searching for the smell of vomit.  I hope I don't find it!

Thats funny   You're going to cause my PTSD to ramp up and trigger every childhood vomit memory!!  

While 42 is generally well regarded, its possible that something went wrong with your tub of 42.  Why don't you contact Will at Barrister and Mann and get his thoughts on the subject?

HATED my Frank Misa knot as it was dinky small compared to all other 24mm knots so got a new one. 2nd pic is set at correct height. Couple other things came also.....
