I cannot figure out how one responds specifically to another poster's comments.  Normally I would incorporate their comment into my response, but I cannot see how to do it.  It is usually so easy I cannot believe I must be missing something that large.

Ted

Hi Ted, down below, in between the "quote box" and the "report flag" is a plus sign in a circle. Click that on the post you would like to quote (you can select multiple quotes as well), then hit the reply button.

All your selected quotes should be included in your response.

Hope that helps!

Something seems wrong.  This is what I see.  There is no + where there should be.

Notice the +Quote, Ted? Click that and then click reply. That should do it. Give that a try and let us know if it works. That's what works for me.

Something isn't working properly for me either, it's very confusing and not working properly. All the buttons are there, but they don't do what they say they are going to do. I'm on W10 and Chrome.

The first button "REPLY" brings a pop up to state you are going to quote the person, but doesn't. The "+QUOTE" button works if you select multiple people. As Freddy said, you can use it quote one person if you hit it first, then hit reply, but you shouldn't need to do that for a single quote. Even the pop-up for the button is wrong in this case.

There really should be 3 options to reply: QUICK REPLY, QUOTE and MULTI-QUOTE

@Bruce, I am using Safari with OSX 10.11.1. If I tap the reply button then I get a blank box (with a full editor) to type my response.  If I tap the +Quote button and then reply, I will get the single quote and I can type my response along with the quote.  If I tap the +Quote on multiple posts, I get a box asking me if I want to quote all or deselect.  By clicking that I want all, each of the posts comes up in my post box and I can then respond. Here is a screen shot of what I mean:

Understood Freddy.

But why does the pop up when you hover the mouse over "REPLY", tell me it's going to "QUOTE THIS MESSAGE IN A REPLY" and then never does?

Hover your moues over the "REPLY" button and see what I mean.

Honestly, @Bruce, I don't know.  I guess it's time for andrewjs18 or leefish to jump in here.  Maybe they can help with this.
