When I used to own one, mine had no engraving/marking, whatsoever. I've never heard of any made of stainless steel.

I have several ikon razors and all of them say shavecraft on them except one that says ikon and the X...? Slant. It says nothing.

I bought mine from Fendrihan a few years ago, maybe 4-6 years ago or so. mine simply says 'shavecraft.com' on the base plate.

Mine was an Ebay purchase new from that Ikon seller, the head only. This is an aluminum, and without digging it out I believe it says nothing on it, aluminum.
I was trying to find one in stainless steel if it existed but, not much information.

I believe there are three iKon Techs
iKon Standard (DLC ooated stainless steel)
iKon Tech (Shavecraft logo) aluminum
iKon Tek (no logo) aluminum- latest version

Looked at mine tonight and the same thing on mine. Definitely the aluminum head.

I don’t think mine is aluminum. Pot metal? I don’t know but looking at he shavecraft on the bottom it doesn’t look machined or engraved. Maybe metal injection molded (MIM).
