I'm Ben, and I'm from Texas, originally the Rio Grande Valley and transplanted to the Houston area. When I'm not shaving I'm a firefighter/paramedic, napping with my two cats, or getting on my wife's nerves with my dumb jokes. I'm not new to wet shaving, but I'm always looking to learn something new.

mrdoug recently sold me his Merkur Bakelite and that's been my latest fascination. And like pretty much everybody else in this hobby, I have way too much stuff hidden in places I consistently forget.
