Hot Sauce

As long as it has good flavor I'd be game. Unless it's medicinal I don't just want heat for the sake of heat.

Medicinal you say? Yup. It has to do with endorphins. It's the best cough suppressant you'll ever use. Just hot stuff under the tongue to get a real good burn, then either swallow or spit. Instant cough suppressant. There are other uses also.
